Chéri Nails & Spa is looking for a warm, professional, and creative Luxury Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create an elevated salon experience.
As our Concierge, you will play an important role in welcoming guests, managing the guest experience, supporting salon operations, and helping showcase the Chéri brand through social media content.
Responsibilities:
✨ Welcome guests and provide a warm, luxury experience from arrival to departure
✨ Manage appointments, phone calls, texts, and client communication
✨ Check guests in and assist with a smooth guest experience
✨ Offer beverages and assist with creating a relaxing atmosphere
✨ Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
✨ Assist with cleaning tasks such as folding towels, maintaining the beverage station, cleaning windows, tidying guest areas, and ensuring the salon always looks its best
✨ Restock supplies and prepare guest areas before appointments
✨ Capture photos and videos of nail services, salon moments, and client experiences
✨ Assist with Instagram and TikTok content creation
✨ Support front-of-house operations and team communication

Previous salon experience is not required. We are looking for the right personality and someone who represents the Chéri brand.
