Cancellations

We understand that life happens, but please respect our artists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

​

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: You may cancel and your deposit will be refunded.

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: Your deposit will be kept.

Frequent last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and plans can change.

Appointment Changes

​

• More than 24 hours before your appointment:
You may reschedule without losing your deposit. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.

• Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
You may still reschedule, but your original deposit will be forfeited due to the time reserved for you. A new deposit will be required to book the new appointment.

Frequent last-minute changes may require full prepayment for future bookings.

No-Shows

At Chéri Nails & Spa, we value our artists’ time and want to provide fair scheduling for all clients.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you forget your appointment and do not contact us in any way, you will be charged 100% of the service total. There are no exceptions.

  • If a payment does not go through, the remaining balance will be added to your account and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

  • Clients who no-show more than once may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists’ time and for other clients waiting for appointments. 💅

Late Policy

 

Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may still be able to see you, but your services might be shortened. For example, if you booked French tips or nail art, we may not be able to complete it.

In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be kept.

Frequent late arrivals may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Nail Fix

We want you to love your nails! That’s why we offer a complimentary nail fix for any issues caused by our application.

Guarantee Periods:

  • Regular Gel: 4 days

  • Gel-X & Builder Gel: 7 days

Client Care:

  • Our guarantee does not cover nails that have been ripped, broken due to misuse, or not properly cared for.

  • Please avoid prolonged exposure to water or harsh conditions immediately after your appointment to keep your nails strong and beautiful.

  • Nails that are peeled, or damaged before the appointment are not eligible for a complimentary fix.

Notification:

  • You must notify us within the guarantee period (4 or 7 days depending on your service) via call, text, or Instagram message to qualify for a free fix.

After the Guarantee Window:

  • Issues reported after the guarantee period (for example, a chip reported 10 days after Gel-X service) will require a repair fee.

Same Artist Requirement:

  • Complimentary fixes must be done by the same artist who originally performed your service.

  • If you choose a different artist, a $10 nail fix fee will apply.

Please Note:
Changes in color, design, or personal preference after the service has been completed are not considered fixes and will require booking a new appointment.

We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns during the appointment so we can ensure everything is perfect before you leave.

No Refunds Policy
At Chéri Nails & Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring every client has a positive experience. Due to the nature of our work and the time and products invested in each service, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

We understand that things can happen, and we are always happy to make it right within the scope of our service guarantee. If you experience any issues such as lifting, chipping, or nails popping off, please contact us withing 4 to 7 days depending on your service, and we will gladly provide a complimentary fix.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding and support as we continue to offer a high standard of care and service.
